Our minimum delivery is 50 gallons.
How can I pay for my order?
Miner Discount Fuel accepts all major credit cards to pay online or by phone and we also accept COD (cash) or w/a virtual check via ACH (routing # and checking account #) as well as PayPal.
When will I receive my delivery?
Standard delivery is 1-3 days
Expedited delivery during the winter is Same Day delivery Mon-Fri for an additional fee of $50
Emergency delivery after hours and on the weekends is an additional fee of $75
When will I be charged for my delivery?
Your credit or debit card is authorized (not charged) on the morning of your delivery. Once delivery is made, your credit or debit card account is charged for the total amount.
If you order a specific number of gallons your credit or debit card will be charged for the amount of your order. If your tank does not take all the gallons ordered, your account is automatically credited for any gallons that do not fit in your tank. You only pay for the number of gallons that you receive.
If you pay with cash (not a check), payment in full is expected at the time of delivery.
If you pay via ACH, we run authorization the day before delivery and the money is taken from your account on the day of delivery.
Are there other Fees?
There is an additional charge of 3 cents per gallon for credit/debit card payments.
Can I get an emergency delivery?
Yes. Same day delivery Mon-Fri in the winter is an additional fee of $50.00. Emergency deliveries after business hours and on the weekends is a fee of $150.00
How much heating oil is in my tank?
Most fuel tanks have a gauge that will help estimate the amount of fuel left in your tank. The chart below will help in determining approximately how much fuel is left in your tank. Once you figure out how much oil you have, place your order.

My oil gauge is broken. How do I figure out how much fuel oil to order?
You can get a accurate reading of your heating oil level by measuring the depth of the oil in your tank. This requires a a long, clean measuring stick or dowel. Lower the stick into your tank until ittouches the bottom. Remove the stick from the tank and note how many inches up the stick the oil reached. Then use the chart below to convert inches into gallons. NOTE: The chart below is only an estimate of the amount of gallons in your oil tank.

If there is a price increase before I receive my delivery, do I pay the higher price?
The only way to hold the price of oil is to pay online with a credit card or debit card or to call the office and pre-pay for your delivery. Otherwise, if there is a sudden increase in oil, we reserve the right to raise prices immediately.
How do I know my credit card data is secure?
No credit card data is stored on our computers or in our database. All credit card information is passed to the credit card processors, via our credit card gateway, which is the standard for credit card security.
Our website meets or exceeds all security standards for processing credit cards and storing personal data. We maintain PCI compliance, which is the credit card industries ongoing evaluation and acceptance of our credit card processing standards. Our data entry process is done using secure servers and all data is stored encrypted for your security.
What is HOT (Heating Oil Treatment)
HOT (Heating Oil Treatment) is designed to improve the quality of the fuel you burn. It enhances all-around performance and helps protect your heating system against expensive breakdowns. Our driver will add the Treatment to your tank. You may purchase for $25 per bottle.
